Shipping

  • All of our shelves, racks and print hangers are hand painted and handmade. Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we may be able to assist.
  • All domestic packages (Australia Only) will be sent using Australia Post (regular post) or Sendle (depending on your location). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
  • International Orders will be sent using Australia Post (regular post). These orders are sent via Regular UNTRACKED post. Please note depending on your location postal orders can take between 5 to 28 business days to arrive. If you would like to upgrade your postage to TRACKED post or Express Post, please contact us via email (kimberleyglenny@outlook.com) for a shipping quote.
  • Unfortunately we do not accept responsibility for lost mail. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks please contact us directly via email and I will do my best to rectify the situation, but I do not guarantee a replacement nor a refund. Please be aware of this prior to purchase
  • Winter and Vine is not responsible for any costs incurred for your countries duty and import taxes.

Refund Policy

  • If an item is damaged in transit, we will arrange for a replacement or refund with sufficient evidence of such damage.
  • We will arrange a refund, return or replacement on any goods that arrive in a faulty or damaged condition – in accordance with Australian Consumer Law Legislation.
  • Please choose carefully in your purchase as we do not accept return for change of mind.
